  • Tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

🔄 Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the product you desire.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
The item must still meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags.

  • In its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
